‎Matchday 1 of the Abedi Festive Cup 2025/26 climaxed with another exciting round of action on Wednesday, 10th December 2025, with teams showing strong determination and community fans turning up in big numbers. The tournament, proudly sponsored by the Omer Festive Group, continues to unite the area with entertaining football and growing anticipation.

‎The day kicked off with a tough contest between Bar-opobo and Te-opok. Bar-opobo pushed hard for a breakthrough, but Te-opok remained organized and took their chance when it came. Their lone goal was enough to seal a 1–0 victory, giving them an important win in the group.

‎In the second match, Acandyaang showed great teamwork and discipline to secure a 1–0 win over Otek. Acandyaang’s early pressure paid off, and they defended their lead well to collect maximum points and boost their confidence.
